PROGETTI TEATRALI, VIDEO E FOTOGRAFICI.

ITA_Teatro Deluxe è un progetto di ricerca artistica che si dedica alla creazione di spettacoli teatrali ed alla sperimentazione video/fotografica. Rinato nel 2008 da Vera Michela Suprani e Claudio Oliva, il binomio opera attualmente fra Roma e Ravenna.

ENG_Teatro Deluxe is an artistic research project that produces theatrical creations and  video/photographic experimentations. Reborn in 2008  by Vera Michela Suprani and Claudio Oliva, the duo actually works in Rome and Ravenna.

 Teatro::: Nel giugno del 2008 debutta lo spettacolo Pearl – Interno notte con figura insonne presso il Kollatino Underground di Roma (repliche sono seguite presso il Teatro Eur, il Teatro Palladium, il Teatro Forte di Roma e presso la Sala Cutu di Perugia). Nel gennaio del 2010 debutta Feminea : Frames of Reality – Verso la formazione dell’ identità @Duncan3.0 spazio per-formativo per le arti contemporanee di Roma. Lo spettacolo fa parte della rassegna Cronicamente concepita per ospitare lavori di giovani autori e compagnie che si addentrano nei territori della mente, della follia e delle aberr azioni umane. 

Theatre::: In June 2008 debuted Pearl – portrait of a sleepless figure at Kollatino Underground in Rome (other dates are followed at Teatro Eur, Teatro Palladium and Sala Cutu of Perugia). In January 2010 debut Feminea: Frames of Reality – Towards the formation of  identity @Duncan3.0 space  for Contemporary Arts in Rome. The show is part of the review Cronicamente designed to accommodate the work of young authors and companies that penetrate the territories of the mind, the madness of human aberrations.

Video::: Nel gennaio 2009 Teatro Deluxe produce il video Feminea – I animazione, uno studio sulle relazioni fra differenti media: musica, fotografia, movimento e video. Presentato a Roma nei seguenti contesti: Giovani promesse destinate ad una fine certa @Duncan 3.o, DEUS EX MACHINA_D.x.M.01_la tecnologia applicata alle arti performative @Kollatino Undeground, LPM 2009_Live Performers Meeting @c.s.a. Brancaleone, Effetti di Movimento II @c.s.o.a. Forte Prenestino, Female Cut @Lanificio 159, WI -FI ART @Circolo degli Artisti. Bologna: Luogo Comune 2009 @Villa Serena. Ferrara: Alias Res 2009 – Movimenti Creativi Festival di Danza e Arti Visive Contemporanee @il Giardino delle Duchesse. Nel 2010 produce il video Unveiling Feminea finalista del contest videoart di Romaeuropawebfactory.

Video::: In January 2009 Deluxe Theater produces  Feminea – I animation, a study on relations between different media: music, photography, motion and video. Presented in Rome in the following contexts: Giovani promesse destinate ad una fine certa @Duncan 3.0, DEUS EX MACHINA_D.xM01_the technology applied to the performing arts @ Kollatino Undeground, LPM 2009_Live Performers Meeting @ csa Brancaleone, Effetti di Movimento II @c.s.o.a. Forte Prenestino, Female Cut @ Lanificio 159, WI-FI ART @ Circolo degli Artisti. Bologna: Luogo Comune 2009 @ Villa Serena. Ferrara: Alias Res 2009 – Contemporary Dance  and Visual Arts Festival @ Giardino delle Duchesse. In 2010 produces Unveiling Feminea finalist  Romaeuropawebfactory video art contest.

Fotografia::: Nel 2009 inizia il lavoro sul progetto Faceless (2009/ work in progress) nato dall’esigenza di raccontare il corpo umano e l’enorme potenziale comunicativo che esso reca con sé; come recita il titolo, l’idea è di agire per sottrazione, palesando l’assenza del volto come base per un’indagine sul movimento. Il progetto si articola in serie più o meno brevi di fotografie; allo stato attuale sono stati prodotti cinque lavori sul tema: “Feminea”, “Black Russian”, “Siren’s Dream”, “Countryland” e  “Swamp Women”.

Photography::: In 2009 begins Faceless project (2009 / work in progress), born from the need to tell the human body and enormous communicative potential that it brings with it, as the title, the idea is to act by subtraction, revealing the absence of the face as the basis for an investigation into the movement. The project is divided in five photographic series: “Feminea”, “Black Russian”, “Siren’s Dream”, “Countryland” and “Swamp Women”.

Ora::: Teatro Deluxe continua a lavorare sul progetto video-teatrale Feminea: Frames of Reality -Verso la formazione dell’identità, impegnandosi al contempo nella realizzazione di nuovi progetti performativi, video e fotografici.
