Gasworks Residency Open Call

Fondazione Memmo e Gasworks lanciano la seconda edizione del bando rivolto ad artisti italiani per una borsa di residenza presso Gasworks, a Londra, dall'11 gennaio al 29 marzo 2021. La residenza sostenuta dalla Fondazione Memmo offre un'opportunità agli artisti italiani residenti in Italia che intendano affrontare un'esperienza di ricerca al di fuori del proprio contesto, confrontandosi con uno scenario internazionale.

La residenza presso Gasworks, curata da Ilaria Puri Purini, rappresenta un'occasione di crescita e scambio artistico e professionale, una possibilità per sperimentare incoraggiando gli artisti a intraprendere nuove ricerche e ampliare la rete di contatti, così da sostenere lo sviluppo della loro pratica.

Fondazione Memmo and Gasworks are working in partnership to offer a fully funded residency at Gasworks, London, for an artist based in Italy, from 11 January – 29 March 2021. As part of the Fondazione Memmo's mission, the residency for Italian artists focuses on practitioners interested in working outside their local context bringing Italian contemporary art into an international arena.

Gasworks’ residency, curated by Ilaria Puri Purini, is an opportunity for self-led professional development, artistic exchange and experimentation. It encourages artists to undertake new research and widen their networks in order to support the development of their practice.
