Since 1995 this is a visual arts national project addressed to under 35 artists, organized by Progetto Giovani – Department for Youth Policies of the Municipality of Padua in cooperation with the GAI Association. It tackles the need for renewal and growth of cultural development in the field of contemporary art. The dialogue with external parties plays a key role in this process aimed at providing the young artists with new incentives and the opportunity to cross the national borders.

Quotidiana is structured into four sections: Q exhibition: display of the most innovative and experimental works by under 35 artists selected through a national competition; Q open: site specific actions around the city, in partnership with important Italian curators and artists; Q in words: public gatherings on contemporary culture carried out by operational people from the world of contemporary art; Q meeting: conferences with representatives of the international circles of arts and culture aimed at disseminating good practices and launching new partnerships.
